Amazing Hollie We booked our summer holiday through Hollie, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Outstanding Service with a Smile I was trying to arrange a surprise birthday trip for my partner who always surprises me! There is a complete minefield out there and I am such a technophobe that the stress was unreal! Luxury Italian Escape Was so impressed with Hollie and Luxury Sassy Eacapes from the planning, to the little touches throughout the holiday and beyond. Luxury Sassy Escapes helped arrange everything from hotels, restaurants and experiences. Our 3 hotels were all suited to us and what we needed. With the first being in the heart of Florence a delightful garden spa hotel, Hollie arranged the itinerary with 2 marvellous restaurants and a fabulous traditional Tuscan food and wine tour. Off to the next stop in a beautiful chateau in the middle of a Chianti vineyard with Hollie arranging a room upgrade to a suite with a bottle of wine chilled on arrival. The room was outstanding with a large free standing bath in the middle of the room, huge open bathroom with 2 showers and a beautiful 4 poster bed. Hollie arranged a cooking course and a tour in a castle vineyard with food and wine pairing, simply stunning. Our last stop was on the Tuscan coast in a 5* hotel with a 2 Michelin star restaurant, roof top infinity pool and fabulous spa. This was the icing on the cake overlooking the stunning never ending beaches from the most stunning hotel. Restaurant bookings and a trip to the Cinque Terra awaited us. With Hollie arranging yet another upgrade to a family suite. Having someone not only on hand during our trip but organising everything meant we could just sit back and enjoy. This was the most relaxing holiday thank you to Luxury Sassy Escapes for taking the worry, stressful planning and itinerary away from us so we could just sit back and enjoy every minute of this marvellous adventure.

How Hollie managed to make sense of my vague and contradictory wish list, I don’t know. I’m used to sourcing my own holidays but Hollie not only price matched the cheapest deal with a global travel company, she managed to beat it and find better, more exclusive deals only open to her because of her reputation, track record and all-round professionalism.
