The Luxury Sassy Escapes Referral Programme (“Programme”) allows individuals to earn £250 travel credit for each new qualifying referral. By taking part, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
“Programme” means the Luxury Sassy Escapes Referral Programme.
“Luxury Sassy Escapes”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Luxury Sassy Escapes Ltd.
“Referrer” means any individual who refers a potential customer to Luxury Sassy Escapes.
“Referred Customer” means an individual introduced to Luxury Sassy Escapes by a Referrer who meets the requirements set out in these Terms.
“Qualifying Booking” means a confirmed travel booking with a minimum total value of £5,000, excluding credits, discounts, amendments, cancellations, refunds (full or partial), or chargebacks.
“Travel Credit” means a non-cash promotional credit issued by Luxury Sassy Escapes, redeemable only against future bookings and subject to these Terms.
“Completion of Travel” means the Referred Customer has fully completed all travel services booked through Luxury Sassy Escapes without cancellation, refund, dispute, or chargeback.
2. Eligibility to Refer
To participate as a Referrer, you must:
Be aged 18 years or over; and
Be a UK resident.
You do not need to have previously booked with Luxury Sassy Escapes to make a referral.
Participation is subject to acceptance by Luxury Sassy Escapes, which reserves the right to refuse or withdraw participation at its sole discretion.
3. What Constitutes a Valid Referral
A referral is valid only where all of the following apply:
The Referred Customer must:
Be a new customer who has never previously booked with, enquired with, or been recorded in any Luxury Sassy Escapes system;
Make a Qualifying Booking with a minimum total value of £5,000;
Provide the Referrer’s full name at the time of initial enquiry or before any payment is made;
Book a separate and independent trip, and not travel on the same booking, itinerary, or group organised by the Referrer.
Important: Friends, family members, colleagues, or associates travelling on the same booking, itinerary, or pre-arranged group do not qualify as valid referrals.
4. Referral Reward
For each valid referral, the Referrer will earn:
£250 Travel Credit.
There is no limit to the number of valid referrals a Referrer may make.
Travel Credit:
Has no cash value;
Cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash; and
May only be used in accordance with these Terms.
5. When Travel Credit Is Earned
Travel Credit is earned only after Completion of Travel by the Referred Customer.
If the Referred Customer cancels, does not travel, receives any refund (full or partial), or raises a dispute or chargeback, no Travel Credit will be issued.
Each referral is assessed individually.
6. Claiming Your Travel Credit
The Referrer must claim their Travel Credit within 7 days of Completion of Travel by the Referred Customer.
Failure to claim within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the Travel Credit.
7. Eligibility to Redeem Travel Credit
Travel Credit may only be redeemed by a Referrer who has made at least one confirmed booking with Luxury Sassy Escapes with a minimum value of £5,000 within the previous 18 months at the time of redemption.
Travel Credit cannot be applied to a booking that has already been completed or cancelled.
8. Using Your Travel Credit
Travel Credit may be used as a discount towards a future confirmed booking made by the Referrer.
Travel Credit may be combined with other referral credits.
Travel Credit cannot exceed the total cost of the booking and will not generate any cash refund.
Travel Credit may not be used to pay deposits unless expressly agreed in writing by Luxury Sassy Escapes.
All Travel Credit is issued and redeemed at the sole discretion of Luxury Sassy Escapes.
9. Expiry of Travel Credit
Travel Credit is valid for 12 months from the date the Referred Customer completes travel.
Any unused Travel Credit will automatically expire after this period and cannot be reinstated, extended, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
10. Non-Refundable Deposit Requirement
All Referred Customers must pay a non-refundable deposit to confirm their booking.
A referral is not eligible unless the booking is confirmed and the Referred Customer completes travel.
11. Fair Use, Fraud & Disqualification
Luxury Sassy Escapes reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or revoke Travel Credit where:
false, misleading, or inaccurate information is provided;
referrals are arranged primarily to obtain credit rather than genuine travel;
there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or repeated cancellation behaviour; or
eligibility requirements are not met.
All decisions are made at the sole discretion of Luxury Sassy Escapes and are final.
12. Changes to the Programme
Luxury Sassy Escapes may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Programme at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
Valid referrals made before changes take effect will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of referral.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
